Refund Policy:
We strive to provide high-quality products and services to all of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your rental, please let us know immediately so that we may address your concerns.
In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.

Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.
Please note that any refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
If we are unable to fulfill your rental order for any reason, we will provide a full refund of all payments made by you, including the booking fee.
