Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our rental services provided by Inflatable Club Experience (“ICE”). By renting our equipment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking

To book our equipment, you must provide us with your full name, email address, telephone number, and address. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the rental, including the date and time of delivery and pickup, and the rental fee. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Payment

Payment for our rental services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with ICE. We accept payment by credit or debit card. If you fail to make payment, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the rental date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any deposits made. If ICE cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will refund any deposits made.

Delivery and Collection

We will deliver the equipment to the location specified in your booking confirmation. You must ensure that someone is present to receive the equipment at the agreed delivery time. If we are unable to deliver the equipment due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

We will collect the equipment at the agreed time and location on the rental end date. Failure to return the equipment at the agreed time may result in additional fees. You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of collection.

Use of Equipment

You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of collection. You must use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, in accordance with any instructions provided by ICE. You must not tamper with or modify the equipment in any way. You are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the rental period, and will be charged for any repairs or replacements necessary.

Liability

You acknowledge that the use of our equipment involves inherent risks and dangers. You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the equipment, and release ICE from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of the use of our equipment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

Amendments

ICE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our rental services following any amendments to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.
